Airport Procedures – Two Options

Option 1: Curbside Pickup (Default)

Our chauffeurs monitor flights every 10 minutes and will contact you once your plane lands with meeting instructions. If you do not receive a call or text within 10 minutes of landing, please contact Dispatch at 404-761-4139, and we’ll immediately locate your chauffeur.

Important: If the passenger does not have a U.S. mobile number, pickup will default to Inside Pickup automatically.

Option 2: Inside Pickup / Meet & Greet ($25 Fee)

If you prefer an Inside Pickup, this must be selected and paid for in advance. Your chauffeur will meet you at the top of the escalator in baggage claim, holding a tablet displaying your name.

Note: Inside Pickups must align with the scheduled arrival time of your flight. If no flight information is provided in advance, your pickup will default to the standard Curbside option.

Multiple Travelers

If multiple travelers are arriving on separate flights, we must be notified in advance. Pickup time must correspond to the last arriving flight’s schedule. If Inside Pickup is requested for the first arriving passenger, additional wait time charges will apply.

Wait Time Policies

From Airport – Scheduled Arrival Pickup

  • 45-minute courtesy window from plane landing (domestic)
  • 1-hour courtesy window for international flights
  • After the grace period, wait time charges apply in 15-minute increments

From Airport – Requested Time Pickup

  • Chauffeur will arrive at the exact requested time
  • 30-minute grace period to reach the chauffeur
  • Late arrivals incur wait charges, early arrivals not guaranteed
  • Applies to international flights as well

To Airport & Point-to-Point Transfers

  • 15-minute grace period from scheduled pickup time
Example:
Pickup scheduled for 11:00 AM
- Free until 11:15 AM
- Charged 50% at 11:16 AM
- Charged full hour at 11:31 AM

Hourly Charters & Main Events

All pickups from concerts, sporting events, FBOs (private airports), etc. require a 2-hour minimum —no exceptions.

Charters are billed in 60-minute intervals and include garage-to-garage time(from when the chauffeur leaves until they return).

Point-to-Point Service

Defined as a non-airport direct pickup and drop-off.

  • Valid within a 25-mile radius
  • Trips over 25 miles are billed as hourly charters
  • Pricing is calculated garage to garage

Cancellation Policy

Charters (Hourly)

Require 72 hours’ notice for cancellation. No exceptions or refunds.

Limousine Service (All Other Reservations)

  • Cancellations or changes must be made via email and confirmed at least 24 hours prior
  • Changes within 4 hours are subject to approval and additional fees
  • Unconfirmed requests may result in full charges

No-Show Policy

  • Airport pickups: No-Show if passenger is unreachable within 1 hour of landing
  • Other pickups: No-Show if unreachable within 30 minutes
  • Fee: Full fare + 20% gratuity
To avoid No-Show charges, do not leave your pickup location without contacting us if you’re having trouble finding your chauffeur.
